Doug McMurry arrived at Pitman Creek Wholesale in September 2015. Doug spent 27 years in the agricultural retail industry with Southern States Cooperative, Inc. He held many positions with Southern States Cooperative, some of which include retail store manager, Retail Support & Accounting Specialist, and District Manager. Looking for a new challenge, he joined Pitman Creek Wholesale as a warehouse manager. Doug and his wife, Nancy live in Danville. They have two children, Kellie is studying to be a Veterinarian at Auburn University and Clellan is studying at The University of Kentucky, College of Agriculture for his BS degree in Environmental Science. Doug enjoys hunting and fishing. McMurry states “I know that to provide superior customer service, everyone in the company must provide 110% to get the customer’s order to their retail outlet efficiently and timely. I am looking forward to providing all the support I can to our Customers at Pitman Creek Wholesale.”
