In a Hurry?

Tips for getting your application processed quickly

  • Provide ALL the information requested in the application. 
     
  • Sign the Consent Form and fax or email it to us. 
     
  • Provide photos of your store via the application upload, email (please provide 
    your store name when sending these so we know which file to add them to),
    or snail-mail; do not fax photos, they come through as blobs. 
     
  • Answer your phone; we will be calling you before beginning to 
    process your application. If you do not hear from us within two 
    days, call 859-439-2010 or send an email to 
    JohnCarman@pitmancreek.com to verify that we have received 
    your application. 
     
  • We do send credit information requests to the people you list as 
    trade references; notify your trade references that they will be 
    receiving this request, and provide us with their fax #. 
     
  • We do send an account verification to the bank reference you provide; notify your bank that they will be receiving this request. Banks require 
    a signed consent form to process these requests, complete the 
    Consent Form and fax it to us. If your bank charges for this information, 
    you will be responsible for getting the information from them. 
     
  • If your bank reference is Bank of America, Wells Fargo, or Regions Bank, 
    contact them and tell them to fax your account info to us 
    (859-439-2060). 
     
  • Regardless which terms you are requesting, fill out the eCheck 
    form and don't forget to attach a voided check. We will always notify 
    you of your invoice total before the funds are withdrawn.
